Fixed Internet

Business users of A1 services can select between various Fixed Internet business subscription plans that are based on various broadband internet access technologies. The features of the business subscription plans are tailored to business use, and provide businesses with everything they need for communication and an online presence.

A1’s Fixed Internet subscription plans are based on ADSL, VDSL, SHDSL, and fiber optic (FTTH and FTTO) technologies and provide business customers with symmetric and asymmetric speeds from 2 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

A1 DSL and A1 Etherlink

On the copper networks A1 customers can select from A1 DSL plans that are based on ADSL and VDSL technologies, and A1 Etherlink plans that use SHDSL technology for connections.

A1 Fiber Optics (FTTH) and A1 Business Fiber Optics

On fiber optics networks users can opt for the A1 Fiber Optics (FTTH) plan through which A1 provides access to the FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network, or they can select the dedicated fiber optics connection FTTO (Fiber to the Office) that is available as part of the A1 Business Fiber Optics service and provides the highest level of reliability and the highest possible internet access speeds.

Regardless of whether choosing Fixed Internet in the A1 plan A1 DSL (ADSL or VDSL), A1 Etherlink (SHDSL), or A1 Fiber Optics (FTTH) and A1 Business Fiber Optics (FTTO), all business users with A1’s Fixed Internet plans can expect:

  • Static IP address
  • Email with an unlimited number of 3 GB mailboxes
  • 1 GB of web hosting space for setting up a website
  • Free domain registration for a .si domain or a simple transfer of your existing domain from your current registrar

Businesses with several branches that require reliable and secure connections between their locations in a virtual private network (VPN) can opt for the IP MPLS service. The main advantage of IP MPLS besides establishing a virtual private network is found in ensuring a specific quality of service (QoS) through labeling and assigning priority to different types of traffic (data or voice). The IP MPLS service and the virtual private networks can be established over all available broadband access technologies: ADSL, VDSL, SHDSL, and fiber optics.
