The POLNI service does not affect the total of the monthly top ups that are the basis for any benefit related to loyalty programs.
A1 Slovenija, d.d., is not responsible for abuse of the POLNI service by third parties. If you do not wish to use the service, we recommend you block it by calling to 040 40 40 40. The POLNI service will be blocked within 10 business days from the date we receive the request for blocking.
The user is obligated to settle all POLNI requests, including any potential abuse by third parties from the moment the request for blocking the service is received and until it is blocked.
Using the POLNI service is limited to three top ups from the same number per day.
The topped up amount is deducted from your prepaid account or billed on your next monthly invoice.
