Simply check your account balance!

If you want to check the balance on your prepaid account, you can use several methods:

  • enter *448# and press the call button,
  • dial 448 and press 1,
  • visit the Moj A1 portal or use app,
  • call customer service at 040 40 40 40.
Calls and messages to 448 are free of charge. 

How can I top up my A1 Simpl account?

There are several options for topping up a prepaid account:
 
•    A1 voucher,
•    online,
•    using the POLNI (TOP UP) service,
•    using the NUJNO (URGENT) service,
•    on the Moj A1 portal,
•    automatic topping up.

Topping up with an A1 voucher

A1’s top up voucher is available at many points of sale and ATMs across Slovenia. Scratch off the silver coating to reveal the number underneath, and chose one of the options below. You can top up your A1 Simpl account with a voucher in several ways:

  • by phone: enter *448*14-digit number# and enter the call number (you can find the 14-digit number on your A1 voucher), 
  • by calling 448, which is free of charge even for calls from abroad,
  • on the Moj A1 portal choose the option for topping up with an A1 voucher,
  • online at a1.si/polni.

Topping up online

Go to A1.si/polni and follow the instructions. You can select between different topping up methods:

  • with an A1 voucher,
  • with a credit or debit card, and
  • with a payment in an online bank.

The POLNI (top up) service

If you are an A1 user, you can also top up a prepaid account using the POLNI (top up) service. You can top up a prepaid account with a select amount in euro (e.g. €1, €2, €5, €10, etc.) by sending a text message with the following keyword to 448: POLNI [top up amount] [phone number] and [text to message the user]. A1’s subscribers can top up a selected prepaid account with up to €40 per month, and prepaid users with up to €200 per month. The sent message is free of charge. The text you add to the message can have up to 100 characters

Example of use:

If you want to top up the prepaid account of the user with the telephone number 040 123 456 with €5, and also wish them happy holidays, send the following message to 448: POLNI 5 040123456 Happy holidays!
The recipient’s balance on their prepaid account will increase by the amount you sent. At the same time, they will also receive your message with the following text: Stanje na vašem predplačniškem računu se je povečalo za 5 EUR! Lepe praznike! (The balance on your prepaid account has increased by 5 EUR! Happy holidays!)

  • More information on the POLNI service

    The POLNI service does not affect the total of the monthly top ups that are the basis for any benefit related to loyalty programs.
    A1 Slovenija, d.d., is not responsible for abuse of the POLNI service by third parties. If you do not wish to use the service, we recommend you block it by calling to 040 40 40 40. The POLNI service will be blocked within 10 business days from the date we receive the request for blocking.
    The user is obligated to settle all POLNI requests, including any potential abuse by third parties from the moment the request for blocking the service is received and until it is blocked.
    Using the POLNI service is limited to three top ups from the same number per day.
    The topped up amount is deducted from your prepaid account or billed on your next monthly invoice.
