A1 top up voucher

You can purchase an A1 top up voucher at many sales points across Slovenia.

The voucher contains a 14-digit number. Activate it in one of the following ways:

Dial *448*[14-digit number]# and press the call button.
Call 448. Free of charge, also from abroad.
Enter the number in the Moj A1 app.

Automatic top up

Are you an A1 subscriber? At sales points you can link your subscription number with one or more prepaid accounts:

Set the amount and the day of top up. The selected amount will be added to your subscription bill.
Monthly top up limit: minimum €6 per account and maximum €60 for all linked accounts.

  • with an A1 top up voucher,
  • with a credit or debit card,
  • via online banking.

How to top up a selected prepaid account?

Send an SMS to 448: 
[POLNI] [top up amount] [phone number] [optional message]

  • The amount in euros can be any value (e.g. €1, €2, €5, €10).
  • The message is free of charge.
  • Optional message is limited to 100 characters.
Monthly top up limit:
A1 subscribers can top up a selected prepaid account with up to €40 per month, prepaid users up to €200 per month.

 
Example: 
You want to top up the prepaid account number 040123456 with €5 and wish happy holidays.
Send the following SMS to 448:
POLNI 5 040123456 Happy holidays! 

The recipient’s prepaid account balance will increase by €5 and they will receive your SMS message.

Send an SMS to 448:
Call me, or you can top up my prepaid account by sending an SMS to 448: POLNI [Amount] [Recipient number].

Example: 
You want the recipient with number 040654321 to top up your prepaid account 040124456 with €5.
Send the SMS to 448:
Call me, or you can top up my prepaid account by sending an SMS to 448: POLNI 5 040654321.
The recipient will receive your message accordingly.

Call 448 and press 1 or 

Check in the Moj A1 app.

Calls and SMS messages to 488 are free of charge.

Automatic plan renewal and switching

Automatic plan renewal

If your prepaid account has sufficient credit:

  • A1 Simpl mini and A1 Simpl net renew automatically when all included quantities are used or when the validity period expires (30 or 90 days).
  • A1 Simpl maksi renews automatically after the validity period expires (30 days).
If the included quantities are used before expiry, a rate of €0.15 per 1 min/SMS/MMS/MB applies.

Switching plans

With sufficient credit on your prepaid account:
 

  • You can switch your current plan before all quantities are used or before expiry.
  • Otherwise, the existing plan will renew automatically.
You can switch between plans freely and easily at any time.
