How to activate an A1 Simpl net plan?

When you get your SIM card you can opt for one of the plans with allowances. You can switch between different A1 Simpl net plans easily and free of charge at any time. All you need is sufficient balance on your prepaid account for activation. You can always select the plan that best fits your current needs.
 

  • Connect your device to A1’s mobile internet. Detailed instructions are available here (Slovene; instructions in English available further below under Activating A1 Simpl net mobile internet). 
  • Select the A1 Simpl net plan.
  • Check the balance on your A1 Simpl net account, how long before it expires, and your telephone number.
  • Top up your A1 Simpl net account.

How to check the balance on my A1 SIMPL account and how do I top it up?

  • Visit the Moj A1 portal or app.
  • Type in *448# and press the call button.
  • Call the number 448 and press 1.
  • Call customer support on 040 40 40 40.

    • A1 Simpl net 2 GB: The A1 Simpl net 2 GB plan is a special offer that includes 2 GB data allowance to use in 3 days.
    • A1 Simpl net 7 GB: The A1 Simpl net 7 GB plan is a special offer that includes 7 GB data allowance to use in 30 days.
    • A1 Simpl net 15 GB: The A1 Simpl net 15 GB plan is a special offer that includes 15 GB data allowance to use in 30 days.
    • Units in the allowance: With the A1 Simpl net 2 GB plan the units in the allowance expire after 3 days, while in the A1 Simpl net 7 GB and A1 Simpl net 15 GB plans they expire after 30 days. After this period, they are automatically topped up. You can also top them up any time after opting for any of the plans.

  • Activating A1 Simpl net mobile internet

    Step 1: Insert the A1 Simpl net SIM card you received in your package into your data device (tablet, computer, USB modem, etc.).
    Step 2: Install the connection software that comes with the USB modem and set up the access point, if needed.

    Step 3: Connect to A1’s mobile internet.
    Step 4: Open your web browser which will automatically take you to A1 Simpl net‘s website (in Slovenian), where you can: Step 5: If your balance allows for it, choose one of the data plans on your A1 Simpl net account, and press “ZAKUPI” (PURCHASE).
    Step 6: You can begin using your A1 mobile internet.
