The youth plans come with unlimited voice calls, SMS and MMS messaging in Slovenia and during roaming in EU/EEA countries, and unlimited data in Slovenia, up to 30 GB for A1 mini Vajb and up to 300 GB at full data speeds that the network supports for A1 Vajb. After transferring 30 or 200 GB, the data rate is limited to 2/1 Mbps. A user can get the highest speed back on A1 Vajb by activating the A1 Vajb+ option and continue using unlimited data at unlimited speeds. A user can transfer up to 15360 MB per month in EU/EEA countries, and if they activate an extra option, also an additional 3351 MB.

The A1 Vajb plan is available to all new subscribers and, in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Agreement on providing a special benefit, also to all existing A1 subscribers.

The A1 Vajb plan is available to users aged between 6 and 31. When concluding a subscriber agreement for A1 Vajb plans, the user must present identification proving their eligibility. The holder of the subscriber agreement must be a person aged 18 or more. One person can only conclude one A1 Vajb subscriber agreement. Once a user passes the age limit for the A1 Vajb plan, it is automatically switched to a different plan, free of charge, and the user receives a notification detailing the switch. During the last month before the switch occurs automatically, the user has the option to switch to any other regular plan offered by A1 free of charge.

After transferring 300 GB, the data rate is capped at 2/1 Mbps. A user can get the highest speed back by activating the A1 Vajb+ option and continue using unlimited data at unlimited speeds. A user can transfer up to 21.643 MB per month in EU/EEA countries, and if they activate an extra option, also an additional 4654 MB.

The A1 Vajb plan comes with the option of activating the A1 Xplore Music by Deezer service, HBO Max or Voyo with 12 months free of charge. The user must activate the service in the Moj A1 app. The 24-month promotional period is activated from the date the A1 Vajb plan is started, and not from the date the A1 Xplore Music by Deezer is activated. A user can only take advantage of the 12-month promotional period once. If a user cancels the service within the 12-month promotional period, and choses to activate it again later, the service is no longer available free of charge, even if the 12-month promotional period has not been used up in full. After the 12-month promotional period is concluded, the service is billed according to the valid price list, unless the user deactivates the service before the 12-month promotional period is over. All existing users of the service have their 12-month promotional period activated automatically when starting the A1 Vajb plan. The A1 Vajb plan is intended for regular use of mobile telephone services. Data rates are limited by the capabilities of the device used, network conditions, and the current traffic on the base station. Full LTE data rates are available.

Who is eligible for concluding an A1 Vajb subscription plan?
Everyone aged between 12 and 31 can conclude a subscriber agreement for the A1 Vajb plan.

Can I switch my old mobile plan to A1 Vajb?
Of course.

Is the switch free of charge?
Switching the plan is free of charge if you perform it through your user account Moj A1. Switching through other channels comes with a fee.

What do I need to conclude a subscriber agreement for A1 Vajb?
You need a personal ID and your tax number, and if you are porting your number from another operator, also your last invoice. If you are porting a prepaid number, you need the PUK code of your SIM card.

Where can I conclude a subscriber agreement for the A1 Vajb plan?
You can conclude a subscriber agreement at any of A1’s points of sale or in the online shop.

How many A1 Vajb plans can I have?
Every user can only have one A1 Vajb plan.

How can I become a user of the A1 Vajb plan, if I’m not yet 18?
In this event, your parent or guardian can conclude the subscriber agreement on your behalf, and you are the plan’s user. After concluding 18, you can perform the ownership transfer at a point of sale, and become the subscriber.

Can I conclude the subscriber agreement for A1 Vajb if I’m over 30? What happens when I turn 31?
Yes, you can. Once you turn 31, the A1 Vajb plan is switched to another mobile subscription plan free of charge. Before you turn 31 you will receive an SMS notification that you will be switched (free of charge) to another plan.

I am a parent to two teenagers who have not yet turned 18, and both want to have the A1 Vajb plan. Can I conclude a subscriber agreement for both of them?
Yes, as a parent subscriber you can conclude 2 A1 Vajb subscription plans. Users have to be two different people (i.e. every child on their own subscriber agreement).

How long can I use the  HBO Max or VOYO service free of charge on the A1 Vajb plan?
Each service can be used free of charge for 12 months from the date you subscribed to the A1 Vajb plan.

Do I have to activate HBO MAx or Voyo, or is it activated automatically when I start the subscriber agreement for the A1 Vajb plan? Where can I activate the abovementioned services?
You have to activate them yourself in the Moj A1 app or portal. It is not possible to activate it at a point of sale or through the call center.

Can I cancel the service after the conclusion of the promotional period free of charge?
Yes, you can cancel the service free of charge at any time (even if the promotional period is still running).

Can I reactivate the promotional streaming services if I did not use up the whole 12 months of the free service at cancellation?
No, the promotional period for the services can only be activated once. If you deactivate it before the 12- month promotional period is up, you will get the premium version when you reactivate it.

What does the Vajb+ option bring?
If you used up the full 300 GB data allowance, the Vajb+ option allows you to continue transferring data at full LTE speeds. If you do not activate the Vajb+ option, data rates are reduced to 2/1 Mbps after you transferred 300 GB in a month.

Will I receive a notification on the used up 300 GB and speed reduction by SMS? How will I know I can activate the Vajb+ option?
You are notified of both by SMS message, and you can activate Vajb+ even before reaching the 300 GB (anytime in a billing cycle).

How can I activate/deactivate the Vajb+ option?
You can activate it by sending an SMS message with the keyword VAJB+ to 4040. You can deactivate it by sending an SMS message with the keyword VAJB+ STOP to 4040.

Does the Vajb+ option remain active the following months, or is it a one-off activation?
The Vajb+ option remains active. This means that you can transfer data at full LTE speeds without any limits. The option is billed every month until you deactivate it.

How often can I activate and deactivate the Vajb+ option?
You can activate or deactivate it once a month.
